2019 Blanc de Blancs – This Méthode Champenoise Blanc de Blancs (our first dive into sparkling wine) has flavors of caramel apple, roasted almond and baked pear that dissolve into delicate flavors of brioche and croissant on the palate, the result of three plus years of “en tirage” aging. It was disgorged November 2023 and given a dose of 6 g/L sugar, making it a classic brut style sparkling wine.
